2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide, mainly name and email address when subscribing to the newsletter, as well as browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) when you give consent for analytics cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed to send you information about real estate investment opportunities, improve the website, comply with legal obligations and respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (Law 172-13 on Personal Data Protection of the Dominican Republic), the performance of a pre-contractual relationship and our legitimate interest where applicable.
5. Retention period
We keep data for as long as the user relationship exists and for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
6. Data subject rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation and portability by writing to privacy@auriqelis.com. You can also file a complaint before the competent data protection authority in the Dominican Republic.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS 1.3 encryption, access control and periodic audits. No system is 100% infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Some technology providers (email, hosting, analytics) may store data outside the Dominican Republic. In those cases we require contractual clauses providing protection equivalent to Law 172-13 and the European GDPR when applicable.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last modification will be shown at the top of the document. Substantial changes will be communicated by email to newsletter subscribers.
